DHAS KAIZEN CONVENTION 2025 🚀💡
On 2 September 2025, DHAS successfully organized its first ever Internal Kaizen Convention at De Palma Hotel, Shah Alam.
The event brought together Kaizen teams from VPC Pekan and PKFZ, showcasing their improvement projects and competing in front of an internal judging panel.  We were honored to have our very own CEO – Fawzi Ahmad, CFO – Mohd Nazreen Fuzi, and Head of Operation – Dzil Hisham serve as the judging panel for this convention.
The convention served as a valuable platform to prepare participants for upcoming external competitions, giving them the opportunity to practice in a formal presentation setting and strengthen their communication and problem-solving skills.
After an exciting round of presentations, the winners were announced from VPC PKFZ, marking an outstanding achievement for the team.
The Internal Kaizen Convention reflects DHAS’s commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging knowledge sharing, and empowering employees to develop impactful solutions for the organization.
